Step 2: Find our staff with your name written on our sign board right after landing. In case you cannot find our staff, please give us a call at hotline (+84) 912 655 361

Step 3: Hand over our staff your visa approval letter, entry form, passport, 2 photos and stamping fee (US $45 /person for single entry, US $65 /person for 1 month and US $95/person for 3 month multiple entry visa) to complete the entry procedures on your behalf.
Step 4: Get your passport back with Vietnam Visa stamped within a few minutes.

Notes: Our Fast-track Immigration service operates 24hrs 7days, covering all international airports in Vietnam, including Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat and Da Nang International airport. The price is 15$ USD for the first pax and $5 USD for the second pax.

-FAST-TRACK IMMIGRATION SERVICE
If you are really busy and don’t want to wait in a long line to get your VISA, we can also offer our Fast-track service. Upon landing, find our staff at the airport with your name written on the sign board. You will be escorted personally to the Immigration Counter and get your Visa stamped in your passport without waiting. Our staff will also do the custom clearance and baggage clearance for you.

-VIP SERVICEWITHOUT VIP LOUNGE
Using Luxury Cars and professional staffs, TONKIN offers VIP Service Pick-up at the airport for individuals or groups that want the most pleasant experience while travelling to Vietnam:

Passengers to be welcomed at the passport control area then our staff will guide them through immigration counter, baggage claim area and customs counter to outside there they can wait while our staff gets their passports & luggage done or immediately get in car to Hanoi city. In that case, we require representative party to wait and re
ceive their passports and luggage.

International Departure Flight – VIP B
Our staff will meet passengers upon arrival at airport then guide them through immigration counter and checking point to the boarding gate of departure flight.
 For the first 01 pax: US$70.00
 Surcharge for the next pax: US$50.00/pax
